Your community needs to give consent before receiving text messages from you. Here’s how to find your facility’s unique toll-free number they need to text consent to:
- Go to Main Menu ☰ > Settings > SMS Consent
- Choose your facility from the bottom left-hand corner menu.
- The toll-free number will appear. Click the copy icon to easily paste it into a message.
New to ACM Messenger? Your toll-free number will be ready about a week after activation. Check back during week 2!
Pro Tip: Once you have your number, let your community know how to provide consent. Include the number in your email or call. We’ve even created a handy template in the in-app library for you!
Note: Only Organization and Facility Admins can see the SMS Consent section in Settings.
