AI Message Assistant

To use Message Assistant

  • Open a template or create a new message.
  • Under Optional: AI Message Assistant, choose your audience (Resident Contacts or Staff).
  • Create a draft of the message to be sent, and choose the prompt you need to:
    • Correct message: Proofreads for spelling, punctuation, formatting, and grammatical errors.
    • Improve message: Provides improvements and well-formatted content while keeping essential information.
    • Shorten my message: Makes messages more concise while keeping essential information.
  • To have Message Assistant continue to change and improve your message, type further instructions or guidance in the Or tell me how I can help you free text field.
  • Use the Undo button at any time to revert to a previous version of your message.

A subject line will also be generated. Remember to double-check the message content and subject before sending.

Note: Access to Message Assistant can be managed in the Privileges section under Message Assistant Access.

Note: Message Assistant is only available with Message Type: Notification with Acknowledgment.
