Moderated Users: Sending Messages for Review

Review user messages prior to sending and accept, edit or reject content.

Some users may be moderated by their admins. This means messages will go for review before they can be sent. You will know if you are a moderated user because you will see a black SUBMIT button in the top right-hand corner, rather than SEND.

You will receive an email once your message has been reviewed and approved/edited/rejected. You can check to see if your messages are still pending by looking in the Pending Jobs tab of the Main Menu.

To Submit A Message For Review

  • Open a template or create a new message
  • Filter your audience as desired
  • When your message is complete hit Submit
  • A pop-up will appear letting the user know the message will be submitted for review
  • Hit Submit
  • A pop-up will let you know your message has been submitted for review
