Some users may be moderated by their admins. This means messages will go for review before they can be sent. You will know if you are a moderated user because you will see a black SUBMIT button in the top right-hand corner, rather than SEND.
You will receive an email once your message has been reviewed and approved/edited/rejected. You can check to see if your messages are still pending by looking in the Pending Jobs tab of the Main Menu.
To Submit A Message For Review
- Open a template or create a new message
- Filter your audience as desired
- When your message is complete hit Submit
- A pop-up will appear letting the user know the message will be submitted for review
- Hit Submit
- A pop-up will let you know your message has been submitted for review
