Learn how to create and save your own custom templates in ACM Messenger, making it easier to send consistent and personalized messages to your contacts.
Only Organization and Facility Admins can create and save new templates.
Saving A Template
- Click on the Compose (+) button located on the bottom right-hand side of your screen.
- Be sure to include a Template Name, Subject, Message (with variable tags if needed), and set the Template Scope.
- Once you’re happy with your message, click Save on the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.
Template Scope
The Template Scope settings allow you to determine which users in your organization will have access to created templates. Organizational templates have organization-wide visibility. Facility templates are limited in scope to their assigned facility.
